1. Modification of the Agreement. CARTaGENE may, at its sole discretion, from time to time, modify this Agreement without notice. CARTaGENE controls, operates and administers this Website via a supplier whose offices are situated in Montreal.  This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec and of Canada. According to this Agreement, you irrevocably acknowledge the exclusive competence of the courts of Montreal.
