Genotyping data

Genotyping data are available for the entire cohort that provided a biological sample (N = 30,000 participants).

These genotyping data were generated with Illumina Infinium Global Screening Array (GSA) technology.

Some genotyping data generated using other technologies is also available.

In addition, an imputed data set is available.

RNA-sequencing data

RNA-sequencing data is available for 911 participants.

Whole-exome sequencing data

Whole-exome sequencing data is available for 198 participants.

Whole-genome sequencing data

Whole-genome sequencing data is available for 2,184 participants.
